Nurturing New Beginnings!

A retreat for new mothers: Trini has partnered up with the fabulous Teresa Quinn, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Chicago. We want to offer a new retreat called Nurturing New Beginnings. This retreat is for new mothers (anyone less than one year postpartum) to come together for one day and build community, learn embodiment practices to connect deeply with themselves, and explore questions around the shifts in identity that motherhood brings. We are so excited to offer a spacious, nourishing environment in Andersonville, Chicago for new mothers and hope that this can serve as a beautiful experience for new mothers!
